    This is a photograph of the S. S. War Viceroy taken at its launching on August 2, 1917.  It was built by Northwest Steel Co. in Portland, Oregon.  The picture is 9 & 5/8" by 7 & 5/8" (a little bigger than in the title of the listing) and in perfect condition.  It is mounted on stiff cardboard with no information on the back.
