    Description

    1978 Schwinn Stingray Fair Lady Pink Banana Seat Bike - Thumb Shift 3 speed. Works great!!! The chrome is shiny. The pedal brake and also the hand brake work great. The bike has 3 speeds
    using the thumb shifter on the handle bars. It shifts smoothly.
    (Schwinn's were built with Sturmey Archer gear shift from England - beautifully engineered). Note, you shift while you are not pedaling. New tires with almost zero use - has been ridden only in the driveway a few times on these tires and used to pose for photos. There are a few pock marks on the chrome as shown in one of the photos, but you have to look closely. The overall view of the bike shows a nice chrome shine.
    This bike was made in Chicago, March 1978. Serial number = CP564741. Buy it and ride it. It is ready to go, and it's super fun. Pick up only.
