Antique Erdmann Schlegelmilch Suhl Prussia 2 Handled Porcelain Dish.   It is 5 1/2" handle to handle. 4 Claw feet.  There is wear on the gold trim.  Please see attached pictures.
I find a lot of my items from estates.
