Antique Tintype Union Soldier Rifle & Flag Quarter Plate Civil War In Case

You're bidding on an antique, Civil War-period tintype photograph - quarter plate size (3" X 4") - of a Union soldier in uniform. A great full body image - standing at attention, rifle at his side complete with bayonet. There's something odd going on with it, but there's an American flag in the background as well. A few small surface nicks but overall a good, clean image. Note, I did peak behind the image to see if any identifying info in the case, but nothing present.
Under glass in gold foil framing, in unbroken hinged thermoplastic union case - case is 4" X 4 7/8" and 1" thick. Note that the case does have a chip at top-right corner of front, and a few spots of damage from apparent heat exposure - still solid, though, and still easily clasps open and shut. A bit of wear and deterioration to the velvet pad on the inside case front.
