All bands sold are New and UNLINKED and ready to link to your My Disney Experience account. If you experience difficulty with the “linking” of your band, please feel free to reach out – we are happy to help!
All bands are shipped in authentic Disney magicband packaging. The bands are placed in the packaging after printing. The package sides seal shut with double sticky tape, which can sometimes loosen or pop open in the heat/during shipping. If your package arrives “unstuck”, please just push down on the sides and it will re-stick. Some other sellers choose not to have the bands packaged at Disney, we think it adds a little “extra magic”

at Walt Disney World at Made by Disney, formerly Dtech on Demand.  No decals here! These are the EXACT same bands you can purchase off the rack at Disney, only with CUSTOM ARTWORK on a band color YOU choose :) These custom bands let YOU be YOU! New artwork is always being added and we try to keep up to date with new designs!
Bands are ordered at Disney in batches and have
UP TO A 10 BUSINESS DAY HANDLING TIME

Please please please
pay attention to the estimated arrival date shown to you before purchase. Our goal is to create and ship your band within a week but due to the high volume of bands we sell, and the 2 separate trips required with each order, it MAY take the full 10 days.
We do not cancel orders. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the estimated arrival date will meet your needs. We are also unable to “bump you up the line” and ship faster as we try to be fair to all customers. We do our best to fill orders as quickly as possible as we know you are excited for your upcoming Disney trip – however, we do not deserve to be berated and threatened because you did not plan accordingly or read the listing as requested.
No returns on magicbands. That being said, if your band arrives and something is wrong, contact us so we can make it right!
We are not responsible for USPS shipping delays. Once mailed, we literally have no control over how long it takes for the post office to deliver your package. We understand the frustration of delayed packages, but again, being rude to us will not help

We are happy to add PERSONALIZATION  to your band in the form of a NAME on the 2nd side of the band. Personalization is an additional .00. We cannot add names to the inside of the puck or band, only the outside. Please see our separate listing for “Personalization for my Magicband” for some real life photos of personalized bands so you can decide if it is what you would like.
Designs and colors are sometimes suddenly removed or gone at Made by Disney. We will contact you if substitutions need to be made. Sometimes the color you want returns within your 10 business day handling time window, sometimes it does not.
We know this may cause frustration, but it is out of our control

Magicband packaging is subject to supply at Made by Disney. Disney has been running very low and at any time, they may be gone. Your magicband may NOT be in packaging as noted for this reason and we are very sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you!
