How to update the FX2000?
Update this scan tool via USB cable or TF card, here's the upgrade guide via USB cable following.
Step 1: Before starting the upgrade, please connect this device to a computer via the USB cable, and make the network connection stable. (It supports WIN XP, 7, 8, 10 operating systems.)
Step 2: Download the update software from ANCEL official website (refer to the manual) and install it on a PC.
Step 3: Open the software tool, select the connection mode “USB” and click “OK” to continue. The "Product Serial Number" will be read automatically, then hit “Device Upgrade”.
Step 4: Move to the register page, type your email address and Register Code will be read automatically, then hit “Submit”.
Step 5: Click “Select All” and click “Download” to start downloading.
Step 6: When the 2 progress bars reach 100%, the upgrade completes. Click “Quit” and disconnect the USB cable.
Please Note:
If the screen freezes during the upgrade progress, please disconnect the USB cable, and try it again.

How to check if the FX2000 has installed the latest software?
Connect the FX2000 to a computer and open the update tool. If the local version is the same as the latest version, it has installed the latest version of the software.
How to print Diagnostic report?
The software tool supports WIN XP, 7, 8, 10 operating systems, follow these steps to print:
Make sure the "Record Mode" is ON before you start to diagnose cars;
After the diagnosis completes, connect the FX2000 to a PC via a USB cable, open the installed software tool and click "Print Manager" to the ScanPrint page;
Enter the FX2000 menu "Diagnose" - "Review"- "Upload Record" to upload the data to the software tool;
Finally you can save or print out the data.
