USED Schwinn Panther Ladies Bicycle
Has Scuffs and scratches and rust.   Needs a total restoration.  This bicycle needs work.   This is a 60+ year old bicycle so please don't expect perfection
It looks to have mostly original paint.
the decals appear to be original as well.
