Vintage BF Goodrich/Schwinn Bicycle

Description

Vintage bike, This bike is stamped Schwinn Quality Chicago very faintly, then it has a BF Goodrich plate on the front.  The back wheel does not turn.  Rust is as shown.  Thanks for looking.
