Vintage Cleveland Road Master Bicycle -- Will part out in right circumstances

Vintage ( 1940's ?) Cleveland Roadmaster Bicycle
serial # is E 73818, I believe.
Carlisle Lightening tires will need replacing, but have new tubes and liner.
Seems all original and shows wear and age. Light untested.
Barn find in working condition for restoration, parts, cool decoration,
or ride it looking as is with just a little work.
