    Description

Post my Nomad 12 in case somebody is looking for one. I’m using a Nova now.
Includes: Nomad 12T, Orca OR32 bag, custom AES I/O cable, custom grid for holding QRX boxes
Does NOT include: QRX receivers, MicPlexer, battery cable or external battery.
This has been my mixer till I switched to a Nova. It’s been a workhorse for me. It’s the 12T, so it has the active USB port for a USB keyboard or Nomad touch. You can even use a USB stick to mirror to. I tried that once to see if it worked, and it did, but I felt safer with a compact flash card inside instead of something protruding.
Includes an AES cable that’s 4 pairs for input, and I wired it with a single AES pair out. I believe you can have more outputs but I just never needed them. When I first got this, I was using the analog inputs for everything (boom and lectrosonics), and then I added Zaxcom digital wireless mics and used the AES. I also built that custom QRX holder thing out of five camera mount boxes and a piece of an aluminum street sign. I left the middle open for a AudioRoot BDS. Otherwise it often had 3 QRX, MicPlexer and sometimes a SRb.
The QRX receivers are not included, but I’ve been thinking about selling one of those and the MicPlexer. If there’s interest, I could throw those up as a separate auction. Oh, there’s small holes tapped in the “taco shell” of the Nomad because I used to have the boxes mounted directly. I realized that was too difficult to remove that contraption, so I chopped down an old street sign as a mounting plate and it holds to the nomad with just the two screws where the ears are.
I have the box, as you see in the background. I also have the original invoice from Gotham Sound when I bought it as a Nomad 6, then the invoice from Zaxcom when it was upgraded to a Nomad 12. I ran out of photos but ask any questions and I think I can include a photo in the reply.
Not sure if I’m forgetting anything here, please ask if anything is not clear. I don’t *need* to sell this, but it is the end of the year and some people need to make purchases. I thought about backing up my nova with a second nova, so I’m posting this if it’s what you need. So, not a desperate sale.... but if you want to bundle this with a QRX200 and or a MicPlexer2, let me know. Thanks for looking!
