This is an original Chicago Sun newspaper from Aug. 15, 1945 and not a more recent reproduction or replica. This was the issue reporting the end of WW2. The condition is good+ and complete with 16 pages in 2 sections.
There are no markings or handwriting. A few pages have rough edges with tears on the right edge as shown in the photos. There are a couple of tiny holes in the center vertical folds. There is some light age browning to the paper - see photos.
The last page has a lot of neat war photos. There are some nice vintage comics in the comic section for comic collectors.
