    Description

"Sunsphere" 1982 World's Fair Vertical is a postcard created by Mike Roberts Color Production and sold by Stonecraft Postcards. On the back, it says "The 1982 World's Fair (May 1st - October 31, 1982), Knoxville, Tennessee. The Sunsphere is a 266 foot high exciting and dramatic structure with a mammoth 70-foot wide glowing globe of 5 levels. The first and fifth levels are observation decks affording a breathtaking panoramic view. The third and fourth levels feature a restaurant and dining room. The second level is the kitchen area. This six-month long international exposition, the first World's Fair to be held in the United States since 1974, will host visitors from around the world."
